Install the Android app

Open the Selli website on the Android phone, then use the direct APK download. Windows cannot install an Android APK.

Keep a private backup

Open Settings & backup → Export device backup. When signed in, you can also export the available cloud copy. JSON backups may contain customer and financial information; store them somewhere private. Restore from backup replaces the selected local workspace only after you review and confirm it.

Google sign-in and sync

The current Android release requires Google sign-in. Selli creates a new account workspace or opens the existing cloud workspace for that account, then keeps it locally for offline use and syncs completed saves through Firebase. An older separate device workspace is never silently attached or uploaded. Wait for Settings to report that cloud sync is complete before expecting changes on another device.

A network, quota, conflict or size problem pauses cloud sync without blocking local work. Export a backup before resolving a conflict or replacing any copy. Workspaces above Selli's current 700 KiB UTF-8 sync limit remain local and exportable.

Move to another phone

Either export a full backup from the old device and restore it privately on the new one, or sign in with the same Google account on the new device. After the verified cloud check, Selli opens that account workspace automatically. Do not uninstall the old copy until you have opened and checked the replacement.

Delete data

Settings → Reset this workspace removes the selected device workspace and temporary exports. The separate Google account deletion control removes the cloud account and workspace after same-account reauthentication. Money and reminders

Selli records information you enter; it does not connect to a bank, transfer money or charge a customer. Budgets and goals are organizer tools, not financial advice. Optional reminders are inexact Android alerts and may display their title on the lock screen according to device settings.
