Email deletion request
Delete inside the app
- Open Selli → Settings → Google account & sync.
- Export any local or cloud backup you want to keep.
- Review and confirm the cloud/account deletion warning.
- Choose Delete cloud data & account and reauthenticate with the same Google account. Cancelling reauthentication leaves the account and cloud data unchanged.
- If the operation was interrupted, use Resume account deletion with Google while signed in to the same account, or contact support for verification.
Delete without the app
Email nurolixworld@gmail.com from the Google email address associated with Selli and request deletion of the “Selli account and cloud workspace.” The developer may ask you to verify control of that address but will never ask for your Google password or a one-time code. You will receive confirmation when the verified request is complete.
What deletion removes
- The Selli Firebase Authentication account.
- The account-linked Cloud Firestore workspace contents, including synced business, customer, order, financial, reminder and progress records.
- Support correspondence too, if you separately request it, except information that must be retained for a legal or security obligation.
Security record retained
Selli retains a minimal Firestore deletion marker containing the Firebase user ID, deleted status and creation time. This security record prevents an older signed-in device from recreating deleted workspace data; it contains no workspace contents. Ask support to remove the marker after old sign-in credentials expire.
Copies you control separately
Cloud deletion does not remotely erase Selli copies stored only on a phone, tablet or emulator. In Selli you may export or separately erase the retained account recovery copy. Clearing app storage or uninstalling removes all local Selli copies on that device. Delete JSON, CSV, PDF and image exports from Downloads, cloud drives, recipients or other destinations separately.
